At Styllo, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. We partner with reliable courier services across Bangladesh to ensure your men’s apparel reaches your doorstep in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and nationwide locations across Bangladesh.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Once your order is confirmed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2 – 3 Business Days
  • Outside Dhaka (Suburbs & Other Districts): 3 – 5 Business Days

Note: Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather, public holidays, political strikes, or courier operational disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location:

  • Inside Dhaka City: ৳80
  • Dhaka Suburbs & Outside Dhaka: ৳130

(Any promotional offers, such as Free Shipping campaigns, will be automatically applied at checkout when active.)

4. Payment Method (100% Cash on Delivery)

All orders at Styllo are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:

  • You do not need to pay anything online while placing an order.
  • Simply pay the exact order total (Product Price + Delivery Charge) in cash directly to the delivery agent upon receiving your parcel.

5. Parcel Inspection & Delivery Confirmation

  • Package Check: Please inspect the outer packaging of your parcel upon delivery.
  • Refusal: If the package appears severely damaged, tampered with, or unsealed, please inform the courier rider immediately and contact our support before accepting it.

6. Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that you provide an accurate delivery address and contact email during checkout.
  • The courier rider will make multiple attempts to reach you at your specified delivery address. If they are unable to contact you, the order will be returned to our warehouse as an unfulfilled order.
